Customer service is an absolute joke, they either say we are waiting for an update or they ignore you completely, just depends what mood they are in I think. They have disconnected the phone lines due to the pandemic apparently, so I can not actually speak to anyone. Although the strange thing is, someone actually called me from this company requesting ID documents - so they lie too.
