Until I found a site called CASINOMEISTER'S where you can make a complaint, and within three weeks I started receiving £500 every other week from the £2500 I won because that is all I could withdraw each time. Couldn't believe it at first thought I was dreaming, so to whom that have not been paid or are still waiting for your withdrawals get in touch with this site trust me very good at their job. Because this Mrpunter site is awful and disgraceful

I had some issues with duplicate charges and it took a while but they worked with me to ultimately resolve the issues and showed that they do care about their customers.
